Volunteering

Some of our volunteers work at Blue Cross premises and others work from home or in their local community. Not all of our volunteers work directly with animals but they all make a big difference to the work we can achieve:

• Helping on the support line for the Pet Bereavement Support Service
• Helping out at one of our events or organising your own event
• Getting involved in fundraising or co-ordinating a local fundraising group
• Giving talks to local community groups about our work
• Meeting and greeting visitors and lending a hand on reception
• Gardening, maintenance and DIY
• Helping out with administration and projects
