Assistant Shop Manager (Part Time)
14 hours per week plus additional cover when required
Salary £6.81 per hour

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and highly motivated person to assist the Shop Manager in running our new shop in Wokingham.

You will assist the Shop Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting and motivating a team of volunteers, and will understand and practice good customer service.  With previous retail experience you will be commercially minded with the ability to identify and exploit income opportunities.  Possessing a creative flair with an eye for detail, you will be highly selective and organised when sorting, pricing and presenting stock. 

Additionally you will have responsibility for all aspects of the shop in the absence of the Shop Manager.  You will work two days a week 9.00 to 5.00
to include some Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
