Shop Manager (Full Time)
Salary £16,760 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, creative and highly motivated person to manage and make a success of our new Vintage shop in Summertown.

You will have responsibility for achieving sales targets, recruiting and motivating a team of volunteers, and will understand and practice good customer service.  With previous retail experience you will be commercially minded with the ability to identify and exploit income opportunities.  Possessing a creative flair with an eye for detail, you will be highly selective and organised when sorting, pricing and presenting stock. 

The hours will be 9.00 to 5.00 five days per week to include Saturdays and
Some Sundays and Bank Holidays.
