Area Manager - Shops
(South)

Based in Hartlebury, Nr Kidderminster in Worcestershire

Salary range £23,154 to £26,843 per annum plus Car

With the continued expansion of our charity shops we are looking to appoint a third Area Manager to support the shops in the southern area and to ensure that agreed sales and profit targets are achieved. With proven experience of retail management within a commercial company or registered charity, you will oversee the day to day running of around 15 existing shops south of the M4 corridor area and take on line management responsibility of further shops as they open.

The successful candidate will be a motivational people manager, organised and methodical, who can recognise potential and build an effective team. With experience of managing, recruiting and training staff, and ideally volunteers, you will be a creative and effective problem solver with sound commercial judgement and the ability to maximise income opportunities.
