Based at the Burford Rehoming Centre

Part Time Centre Customer Advisor

Average of 20 hours per week
(alternate weeks of 12 and 28 hours inc every other weekend)

Salary range £7,782 to £8,560 per annum inclusive of Regional Allowance

The successful candidate will have previous reception and administration experience, with basic office practice skills, be computer literate and familiar with Micrcosoft Office.  As the first point of contact you will be used to dealing with the public, sometimes in difficult circumstances, and work to ensure that where possible customer enquiries and complaints are effectively resolved.  

You should be well organised, able to prioritise efficiently and be an excellent communicator.  Calm, caring and friendly, you will have a compassionate approach to companion animal welfare, work well as part of a small team and be prepared to work with the animals occasionally.
