Centre Manager
Salary  £23,666 - £28,068  per annum

We need a confident, enthusiastic and an articulate communicator with an excellent knowledge of pet care, preferably in a welfare environment. Ability to foster positive public relations and good IT skills are important.  Managing a team of twenty, the Centre Manager has overall responsibility for the site including buildings, property, staff, volunteers and all Blue Cross animals. Knowledge of health and safety requirements is  essential.
  
Applicants will have proven experience in successful business management to include motivational team management and training, budget development and control, customer care, and running efficient administration systems.
A full driving licence is essential.

The successful candidate will work a 42 hour week on a locally determined rota that will include bank holiday and weekend working.
