Is my pet eligible for treatment?
Clients who are on certain means-tested benefits or low incomes, and live within the Grimsby hospital catchment area, may be eligible for the Blue Cross pet care card. With a pet care card, you can receive treatment for your pet in return for a donation.
To register, you’ll be requested to bring proof of your benefit along with photo ID or a utility bill. The hospital catchment area is defined by postal codes. New clients can register a maximum of two pets per household.
Find out more about the Blue Cross pet care card, including if you are eligible and live within the postal catchment area. You can also call the hospital on 0300 777 1840 for more information.
