Born in 1997. Passed away 2004.
You choose me as your friend - a memory I will always treasure. Your little life was all too short, and visits to the vets became all too familiar, but you never complained as long as you had a chocolate drop.
I had to make the hardest decision of my life on the 11th November 2004. You'd been through so much with your hip and finally your spine and neck.
You were only young but the things you loved - walks in the rain and playing with your teddies - all had to stop as you were too ill.
I know you're no longer in pain but my heart still aches. I nor Mom and Dad will ever forget your love, loyalty and friendship.
Jack you were one in a million, my little one.
