Ben was abandoned just when he needed some human care the most.

He was suffering from an untreated skin condition which left him with very sore open wounds. He was in a sorry state when he came to Blue Cross.

After carefully bathing his skin every day and treating him with antibiotics, Ben soon began to improve.

Despite everything he’s been through, Ben’s an affectionate dog who loves cuddles and would make a great family pet.

He’s a firm favourite at our Bromsgrove rehoming centre but he’s failing to win the hearts of new owners and has now been with us for more than two months
