'Houdini' rabbits looking for special home

05 Dec 2010

The Blue Cross is looking for a special home for two "Houdini" rabbits.

Coco and Kiki are a loving pair but their natural inquisitiveness is preventing them from finding their forever home.

They came to us with their mum because the children in their home had lost interest. We found them a new home but the cheeky pair decided the grass was greener on the other side and kept jumping out of their enclosure, despite the high fences.

When a roof was added, the cunning critters burrowed their way out.

These tendencies are natural for rabbits but we now need to find them a home with rabbit enthusiasts where they can have a big shed and a run on concrete.

They’d also love a digging area made for them or an area where they can naturally dig securely.

Coco and Kiki are very friendly and love snuggling up together. If you can offer the siblings the happy home they deserve, please visit their profile to find out more.
