Raffle terms and conditions
- Tickets cannot be sold to people under 16 years old. Anyone subsequently found to be under 16 automatically forfeits the right to any prize. If a player is found to be under 16 they will have any monies paid in relation to the lottery returned to them.
- Legislation does not allow people living outside the UK or residents of Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands to enter our raffles.
- Blue Cross is happy to discuss any problems you may encounter when participating in our lotteries. Initially, please contact our telephone advisers at CFP on 01628 511703 to discuss the nature of your complaint. Blue Cross will ultimately resort to the external independent arbitration services of the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS) to reach a final resolution of any serious dispute involving our lotteries/raffles.
- Blue Cross is registered with the Gambling Commission under the Gambling Act 2005. For more information about the Gambling Commission visit the Gambling Commission website.
- The person qualified to promote raffles is Kim Hamilton, CEO, Blue Cross, Shilton Road, Burford OX18 4PF.
- Blue Cross is a member of the Lotteries Council www.lotteriescouncil.org.uk.
- If you wish to exclude yourself from receiving lottery products promoted by Blue Cross please email trading@bluecross.org.uk or call CFP on 01628 511703 with your request to stop such mailings from us.
