Raffle terms and conditions

  1. Participation in the Blue Cross Spring 2013 raffle costs £1 per entry.
  2. Profits from this raffle will be donated to Blue Cross. Blue Cross is a registered charity in England and Wales 224392 and in Scotland SC040154.
  3. In order to promote responsible gambling, a maximum of 50 chances may be bought per person.
  4. The Raffle is open to all mainland Great Britain residents over the age of 16 (this excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and BFPO addresses per the Gambling Act 2005). It is illegal for tickets or raffle entries to be sold to, or by a person under 16 years of age. Any person found to be under 16 years of age automatically forfeits the right to any prize and the original stake will be refunded.
  5. Raffle entries can be purchased online using Visa, Master Card, Maestro, American Express or Visa Delta. CAF cards may not be used to purchase raffle entries.
  6. Raffle entries must be online before midnight on 27 May 2013 (which is the closing date for postal entries). Entries received late will be transferred to the next Draw (Summer 2013).
  7. The draw will take place on 10 June 2013. Winning entries will be randomly drawn in the presence of 2 witnesses. Prizes are as follows: 1st prize: A Ford Fiesta Zetec car or £12,500 2nd prize: £1,000 3rd prize: £500. There are 20 runner-up prizes of £25 M&S vouchers.
  8. The first 3 winners will be notified on 10 June 2013 by telephone if a phone number has been provided. A letter of confirmation will also be posted that same day. All other winners will be notified in writing.
  9. A list of the winners’ names, cities/counties and winning numbers will be posted on our website: www.bluecross.org.uk/raffle. To request a winners list by post, please send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Spring 2013 Raffle Winners List, Blue Cross, PO Box 1127, Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 3BW.
