What do we want for Christmas this year? The Government to take urgent action in tackling the pressing issue of irresponsible dog ownership.

That was the plea outside Westminster today, as we united with MPs, trade unions, vet organisations and other animal welfare agencies in an appeal for vital dog law reforms.

Those present hope to introduce a government Bill in the Queen’s Speech next year which will improve public safety and animal welfare.
