Confidentiality

When you contact the Pet Bereavement Support Service, everything you say or write is confidential. No information will be used, shared or disclosed for any other purposes without your permission. Your information will be treated in confidence and used only to:

• respond to your request for support
• monitor and improve the quality of the service we are providing
• undertake statistical analysis to ensure appropriate needs are being met

Information will be stored on our computers for a period of 30 days and then deleted. Hard copies may be retained, for statistical purposes only, and appropriate measures have been taken to ensure that all personal data is held securely.

We make every effort to ensure confidentiality. If you wish to contact us anonymously, you can do this by creating a free email address using, for example, services such as Hotmail.
