Raging rapids, cascading waterfalls and nail-biting competition - all this and more could be yours by taking part in one of our unique whitewater rafting adventures.

What's more, you can learn how to race the rapids on one of the UK's most exciting rivers for FREE - all you need to do is get together a team of six to eight like-minded friends, relatives or colleagues and raise just a small amount of sponsorship money for The Blue Cross.
