Lynda Campbell, Blue Cross centre manager at Kimpton said: Were all really looking forward to this years Open Day, its a wonderful family day out. Therell be something for everyone so it will be great if lots of people come along to support their local Blue Cross. The Blue Cross does not receive any government funding so it relies on the support of the public to continue its vital work. Money raised on the day will go towards helping animals like Albert a one-year-old male pug-terrier cross, who was brought to The Blue Cross because he was not getting on with his owners other dog. Albert is a very bright little chap who loves learning new things. Hed like to find a new adult-only home where he can continue with his training or agility classes. For more information about the open day or animals that are looking for homes, please contact The Blue Cross at Kimpton on 01438 832232.
