Wildwoods riding centre make the most of our equine All About Pet leaflets

At The Blue Cross, we produce an All About Pets range of nearly 80 leaflets. The 21 equine leaflets available cover subjects from lamintis and colic to caring for the older horse. Anthea Chambers from Wildwoods Riding Centre in Surrey who successfully rode in the Blue cross challenge in Ecuador early this year explains: “The leaflets are helping us to give the children a solid base in equine care. Our junior club members meet on the first Saturday of each month for a lesson or hack and a stable management session, based on your leaflets. Each session has a certificate we have made up to accompany the leaflet. April’s topic was the field-kept horse and we combined the laminitis leaflet as it is very relevant this time of year.”
