Intrepid Italian on fundraising scooter ride

Scoot over – it’s intrepid Italian Stefano Molin.

The animal lover has embarked on a 2,000 mile charity scooter ride for The Blue Cross and his travels will take him from Devon to Humberside and back.

Stefano, who volunteers for us, will be stopping in to say hi at several of our adoption centres and hospitals during the two week adventure.

He said: “I’m really happy to be going on this journey to raise money for all the needy animals that The Blue Cross helps across the country.

“I’ve been wanting to take a trip on my scooter to see more of England and realized that by collecting sponsors I could combine doing something I love with helping a great charity.”

Stefano will be travelling on his trusty 30-year-old 50cc Vespa scooter which is no stranger to adventure – he drove it from Venice to Tiverton in Devon!
