Festive Quest terms & conditions

1. This promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over who have signed up via the Blue Cross website and have launched a Tiltify fundraising campaign for our Festive Quest event. Those under the age of 18 can participate with consent from a parent or guardian.

2. This promotion will run from 1 November until 25 December 2021.

3. The first 1750 participants who have signed up to Festive Quest via the Blue Cross website and have launched a Tiltify fundraising campaign will be entitled to receive a Festive Quest Advent Calendar should they have raised £10 or more on their fundraising page by 12.00pm (GMT) on 24 November 2021. These calendars are limited edition, no alternative is provided for those raising £10 after the deadline or once supplies run out.

4. To receive one of our additional rewards packages after the promotion has ended, you must have signed up via the Blue Cross website for Festive Quest and launched a Tiltify fundraising campaign. The total on the amount raised on your Tiltify fundraising page at 11.59pm (GMT) on 24 December 2021 (excluding gift aid and offline donations as outlined in (5) below) will be used to determine which rewards package you qualify for. The thresholds for each package are as follows:

(a) £25 and above – Festive Quest Medal

(b) £50 and above – Festive Quest Pin Badge and Medal

(c) £100 and above – Festive Quest T-shirt, Pin Badge and Medal

(d) £150 and above – Festive Quest Hat, T-shirt Pin Badge and Medal

(e) £250 and above – Festive Quest Jumper, Hat, T-shirt, Pin Badge and Medal

5. The amounts raised in (3) and (4) above exclude Gift Aid and any offline donations except those which have been sent following the terms listed in (6).

6. For any offline donations to be counted towards your total, you must contact [email protected] and instructions and reference details will be provided so these donations can be paid in and linked to your fundraiser. Funds paid in via the Blue Cross website or any other means can not be linked to your fundraiser and will not be counted towards your fundraising total. 

7. Advent calendars will be sent no later than 30 November 2021 and final rewards packages will be sent out commencing 27 December 2021 and we will aim to have them with you within 20 days. If there are any unforeseen delays, Blue Cross will endeavour to send rewards to participants as soon as possible and advise of any delays via email.

8. If you are under 18 and wish to participate in the promotion you must ensure you have a parent, guardian or legally responsible adult consent for you to do so before you sign up.

9. If you qualify for one of the amounts set out in (5) above you shall receive one of the following reward packages, depending on the amount you raised.

10. Illustrations of rewards can be viewed here. Please be aware these are artists renditions of products which were still in production at the time of the promotion starting and final products may vary from what is shown.

11. As part of your registration, Blue Cross will collect information about your t-shirt and jumper size. This information will only be processed for the purposes of sending you the correct sized t-shirt and jumper if you qualify for rewards (c), (d) or (e) as mentioned in clause (4) above.

12. All prizes are in limited quantities, are non-exchangeable and no cash alternatives shall be offered. However, Blue Cross reserves the right to replace any of the prizes with an alternative of equal or higher value at Blue Cross’s discretion.

13. Blue Cross accepts no responsibility for rewards being lost, damaged or delayed in the post.

14. By accepting these Terms and Conditions when signing up to this promotion you have accepted these terms in full. Blue Cross reserves the right to refuse rewards to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

15. Insofar as is permitted by law, Blue Cross will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate, or accept any liability for, any damage or injury occurred as a result of completing your Paws 2 Play: Festive Quest challenge, except where it is caused by the negligence of Blue Cross. Your statutory rights are not affected.

16. Blue Cross respects your privacy and will keep your information safe and secure and will only use it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell, rent or share your personal data with other organisations for their marketing purposes. 17. Blue Cross may contact you for marketing purposes by post pursuant to our legitimate charitable interests, or by email if we have your permission to do so. 18. The Blue Cross Paws 2 Play: Festive Quest Promotion, these Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim between the parties arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

19.  Blue Cross reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Game codes and merchandise prize draw terms and conditions

1. This promotion is open to all UK residents over the age of 18 who have fundraised as part of Paws 2 Play Festive Quest and raised £10 or more before 12:00 on 24 November 2021 to qualify for the Advent Calendar giveaway

2. This prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

3. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

4. The closing date for entry to the prize draw is 12.00pm (GMT) on 17 December 2021. Any entries received after this date will not be accepted.

5. Winners for each prize will be chosen by random draw from all entries on 17 December 2021 and winners will be notified via email no later than 21 December 2021.

6. All prizes are non-exchangeable and no cash alternatives shall be offered. However, Blue Cross reserves the right to replace any of the prizes with an alternative of equal or higher value at Blue Cross’s discretion.

7. Prizes will be posted to the address provided on your registration for the main Paws 2 Play: Festive Quest Event. Should you be notified you have won a prize and wish for it to be posted to a different address you must reply to the email sent from [email protected] within 24 hours. Prizes will be sent within in 20 days of the competition closing.
