Hi there I’m Bluey!
I’m a young Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross Shar Pei looking for a new home through the Home Direct scheme, this means I get to stay with my owners while my friends at the Blue Cross find me a new home.
I’m still young and learning lots about the world so I’m looking for new owners that will have the time for my training and keeping up with my socialisation skills.
I love to get out and about and meeting new doggie friends, although sometimes I get a bit excited when meeting them. I could potentially live with another dog; they would need to be confident with an excitable young boy like me! We would need to meet at the centre first to make sure we get along.
I find younger children very exciting but can be a little boisterous at times, so I would be more suitable to a home with older children that would be confident with bouncy dogs like me and that can help me continue my training. I think cats are really fun to chase so they say it's best I don't live with them!
If you think we could be a match, please fill in a homefinder form or contact my friends at the Blue Cross for more information.
Hope to meet you soon! Waggs and Licks, Bluey xxx
Read the pet’s profile to make sure that they are suitable for your circumstances.
We want to be fair to everyone who applies for a pet so applications are dealt with in the order that we receive them.
Please be patient while we process your application. If you are successful we will contact you to go through next steps.
I'd like to say I have a lot to give to my new owner and that I think I deserve a warm and loving home. Can you help me out? I think Blue Cross would be much appreciative!
