About me

Hello? Sorry I was dozing away there and didn’t see you. My name is Daisy and I am a gentle girl who is looking for a home full of love and comforts!

I used to be a very very nervous girl but I am getting better and better; I am a little shy but building my confidence when meeting new people. A little sniff will do me and then a snooze on my favourite chair.. unless you are my best hooman friend then I get super excited and like to play, enjoy a fuss and then nap.

I am very good off my lead and will trot along beside you or just in front sniffing and exploring. My recall is excellent so once I get to know you we can go on many adventures together. I love a walk and usually have a looney moment or two where I run around like a crazy thing for a few minutes but then I am quite content to trot along home for an afternoon snooze.

I would prefer to be the only pet in the home but could potentially live with dogs in the future once I have settled in. I can live with children of school age 10+ pending meets at the centre, who can understand I need time to come to them, and once we're friends we can have lots of playtime together! I can struggle being separated from humans I'm really close to, so I would really like some help settling in to my new abode!

If you have a soppy lurcher girl shaped whole in your heart and home then please fill out a homefinder today, I can’t wait to meet you and see where my favourite napping spot will be!

How rehoming works

  1. Browse our pets, find your favourite

Read the pet’s profile to make sure that they are suitable for your circumstances.

  2. Change the online application form

We want to be fair to everyone who applies for a pet so applications are dealt with in the order that we receive them.

  3. We process your application

Please be patient while we process your application. If you are successful we will contact you to go through next steps.

Thanks for reading my story…

I'd like to say I have a lot to give to my new owner and that I think I deserve a warm and loving home. Can you help me out? I think Blue Cross would be much appreciative!
