Hi, my name is Dolly.
I am a very sweet dog that enjoys the company of my human friends; although it can take me a little bit of time to become comfortable with new people.
I am very sensitive and easily worried, so I’m looking for a calm home with understanding owners who can support me and build up my confidence. I am very fearful of veterinary handling; therefore I need owners who are able to work with me and create positive experiences with this.
I enjoy peaceful walks with lots of areas to sniff, and love to play with my toys.
I am worried by other dogs and prefer to have my own space so I’m looking for a home with nice, quiet areas to walk me in where I will not be overwhelmed by other dogs.
Any children in my new home would need to be old enough to understand how to interact with me appropriately and give me space when I need it. I would like to meet all family members here at the Centre to make sure we get along.
If you think that I could be the right dog for you, please fill in a home finder form online.
