About me

Meet the gorgeous Ella!

She is a middle aged lady looking for a quiet and comfortable home. Ella is looking for understanding owners who will allow her to enjoy chilling out and resting undisturbed, curled up on a soft blanket near the radiator.

Here at the centre she has been making friends with the team members and has quickly become a firm favourite (although we won’t tell the other cats this!)

Ella does enjoy her treats and this has been a great way to build up on interactions and cooperation. She even enjoys catnip, as you can tell by her video. Ella would prefer a home with young adults rather than younger children and is looking to be the only pet in the home to enjoy the quiet life to the full.

Could Ella be the cat for you?

Help Ella to find a happy home with the gift of pet sponsorship!

Does your loved one have room in their heart, but not in their home, for a pet of their own? Blue Cross sponsorship is the perfect present for animal lovers.

Sponsor a pet as a gift for your loved one from as little as 70p a week, and they will receive monthly updates from real homeless pets in our care who are just waiting to meet their new families. Your chosen friend or family member will also receive a downloadable certificate from each of the dogs, cats, small pets and horses they’ve helped to find loving new homes.
