Hi there! My name is Maggie and I am looking for a home as a non-ridden companion due to lameness problems under saddle. I have recently moved down to the Burford centre to hopefully help me find a new home.
I am a sweet, gentle mare who loves attention and fuss. The team say that I’m a real pleasure to care for and I will make a great companion.
Please don't be put off by my age, I am very laid back and get on really well with other horses. Once settled into my new home I should be happy to be left for short periods whilst my friends are ridden. I am a good doer and don't need to wear shoes so really am a lovely easy companion.
If you are interested in rehoming Maggie or any other Blue Cross horse/pony, then please click on the “Rehome me” link. The Blue Cross holds up to 100 horses and ponies at any one time. Even if Maggie is not available please be assured we are still actively trying to find you a suitable match for your needs and we will be in contact as soon as we do.
