About me

Hi there, my name is Marmite!

I’m a 9 year old chap who enjoys wandering around outside and exploring the local area. I’m a bit of an independent cat so I’m looking for a new home that will give me lots of space and allow me to settle in in my own time. I do enjoy a fuss from time to time but this is on my own terms and I like to initiate that myself if I’m feeling affectionate! I’m not really a cat that enjoys being picked up and cuddled but I am a sweet boy and I’d like to find a nice warm spot on the sofa near you to chill out and snooze.

I’d like to be the only pet in the home and I could potentially live with older calm children after meeting them first.

If I sound like the cat for you then please fill out a homefinder!

Does your loved one have room in their heart, but not in their home, for a pet of their own? Blue Cross sponsorship is the perfect present for animal lovers.

Sponsor a pet as a gift for your loved one from as little as 70p a week, and they will receive monthly updates from real homeless pets in our care who are just waiting to meet their new families. Your chosen friend or family member will also receive a downloadable certificate from each of the dogs, cats, small pets and horses they’ve helped to find loving new homes.
