About me

Hello everyone! My name is Poppy, and I am a 3 year old black and white domestic short haired cat. I am being looked after at the Tiverton centre, whilst I patiently await my fur-ever home.

I am an active and playful girl who loves to be out and about. Being in a cattery isn’t much fun so I can’t wait to have a new home and garden to call my own. I enjoy playing with fishing rod toys – feathery ones are my favourite. Once I trust you, I do enjoy a few strokes and would love a sunny spot on the sofa.

I am looking for a new home where I can go outside. I may be able to live with older children that will be patient while I learn to trust them. I will also need to be the only pet in the home as other animals are very scary.

If you think you could offer me my purr-fect home, please do click on the button ‘please rehome Poppy’ and send in your details.

I look forward to meeting you soon, Bye for now!

How rehoming works

  1. Browse our pets, find your favourite

Read the pet’s profile to make sure that they are suitable for your circumstances.

  2. Complete the online application form

We want to be fair to everyone who applies for a pet so applications are dealt with in the order that we receive them.

  3. We process your application

Please be patient while we process your application. If you are successful we will contact you to go through next steps.

Thanks for reading my story…

I'd like to say I have a lot to give to my new owner and that I think I deserve a warm and loving home. Can you help me out? I think Blue Cross would be much appreciative!
