About me

Hello I’m Tiger,

I am a young lurcher looking for a forever home. When I see my human friends I do the cutest full-body wiggle to greet them. I can also be really snuggly and love to rest my head on your lap for some fuss, giving you my best puppy-eyes gaze.

I had a hard start in life; I was saved by a family who saw me being sold at a train station extremely emaciated, with their help I survived! Unfortunately they were not in a position to keep me long-term so gave me the best chance of finding me a lovely new home through the Blue Cross. But on my first day, just before Christmas, I zoomed a little too fast around the paddock and I fractured my leg, but I’ve had an operation to repair it and I’m now recovered! Yippee! I love to bounce around playing with toys and enjoy my walks, I’d also love to continue the training I’ve been having at the centre to learn lots of tricks and skills as I’m very food motivated.

As I’m still young, I will need people around for most of the day to build up my home alone time slowly. If you think you can give me my happy-ever-after then fill in a rehoming application or contact Blue Cross Suffolk to find out more about me.

Wiggly wags, Tiger

How rehoming works

  1. Browse our pets, find your favourite

Read the pet’s profile to make sure that they are suitable for your circumstances.

  2. Complete the online application form

We want to be fair to everyone who applies for a pet so applications are dealt with in the order that we receive them.

  3. We process your application

Please be patient while we process your application. If you are successful we will contact you to go through next steps.

Thanks for reading my story…

I'd like to say I have a lot to give to my new owner and that I think I deserve a warm and loving home. Can you help me out? I think Blue Cross would be much appreciative!
