About me

Hello my name is Treacle,

I am looking for my forever home after my owner sadly passed away. As you can see from my photos I am very pretty. I enjoy human company and getting plenty of attention. I am still settling in to the cattery but I am getting to know everyone now. In my previous home I didn’t have access outside, but I am very much looking forward to being able to explore the great outdoors when I build up my confidence in my new home.

I would not like to share my home with another cat or dog because I prefer to get all the attention. As I can be a little wary of new situations I would prefer to live with older children after introductions at the centre to see if we would get along.

Help Treacle to find a happy home with the gift of pet sponsorship!

Does your loved one have room in their heart, but not in their home, for a pet of their own? Blue Cross sponsorship is the perfect present for animal lovers.

Sponsor a pet as a gift for your loved one from as little as 70p a week, and they will receive monthly updates from real homeless pets in our care who are just waiting to meet their new families. Your chosen friend or family member will also receive a downloadable certificate from each of the dogs, cats, small pets and horses they’ve helped to find loving new homes.
