I give to Blue Cross, registered charity number 224392 (England and Wales) and SC040154 (Scotland), of Shilton Road, Burford, Oxfordshire, OX18 4PF [enter percentage] per cent of my residuary estate and I express the wish (but without imposing any binding obligation) that such estate be used for the general purposes of Blue Cross.

Or

The benefit of its site at [insert name and address of site].

The receipt of a Duly Authorised Officer of Blue Cross shall be a good discharge to my trustees for the gift.

Leave a pecuniary legacy (cash sum):

I give to Blue Cross, registered charity number 224392 (England and Wales) and SC040154 (Scotland), of Shilton Road, Burford, Oxfordshire, OX18 4PF the sum of [insert amount in figures and words] and I express the wish (but without imposing any binding obligation) that such estate be used for the general purposes of Blue Cross.

Or
