FAQs

Once you have selected the event you are interested in you will be redirected to the Eventbrite website where you can register and receive email reminders.

Each live event lasts for up to approximately 45 minutes.

Live events are free of charge. If you would like to fundraise for Blue Cross you do have the option to donate when you choose your ticket. We know that not everyone can donate right now, but we, and the animals in our care, appreciate any amount that you can give.

We are delighted to offer our sessions with the inclusion of a British Sign Language interpreter, provided by Hearing Dogs for Deaf People.

Each live event is hosted on the Zoom platform. For best results download this on to your computer, PC or smart device and visit www.zoom.us/test to make sure you are ready to access the webinar.

Because there are limited links available, be sure to log in promptly to avoid disappointment. Don’t forget you can share the link within your establishment or group if you let us know how many will be in the audience when you register.

If you have multiple groups or individuals attending, you only need to sign up once and then you can share the link with others when it arrives in your inbox. You will need to tell us how many will be attending in total for our records when you register.

Yes, you can as long as you have access to Zoom and have a link.

If you are unable to join our live events you might wish to book a talk for your school or group.
