About Blue Cross
We've been helping sick, injured and homeless pets, and the people who love them, since 1897.
At Blue Cross, we want a world where all pets enjoy a happy, healthy life, and where more people can experience the joy of pets. We’re proud to say that we’ve been working to make that goal a reality since 1897.

How we help
We are a charity that provides specialist care, services and support for pets and people throughout their life together. The help we offer includes veterinary treatment, finding loving new homes for pets, behavioural advice, support with pet bereavement and education for future generations. And we’re not afraid to speak up for pets and their people to create a better world.
We love the way that pets can make such an amazing difference to the people they live with, and we are passionate about the very special relationship between a pet and a person. So we do all we can to help that relationship thrive.

Our Trustees

Our Trustees
Pets change lives. We change theirs.
Our vision is that every pet will enjoy a healthy life in a happy home and we won’t rest until we achieve it. But we really need your help.
We care for thousands of vulnerable pets every year but we know it’s not enough – there are many, many more out there who still desperately need us and we must be there for them.
- £2 a day could help towards keeping a cat warm and safe at one of our centres
- £20 could help towards funding a homeless horse’s basic hoof care
- £136 could provide routine vet treatment for a abandoned dog during their stay with us
Will you support us to help sick, injured and homeless pets?
