Why is NEHS so important?

The National Equine Health Survey, supported by Zoetis, Dodson & Horrell and in partnership with BEVA, is the only survey that looks at the general health of our horses, ponies, donkeys and mules in the UK.

It aims to spot trends so that we can see the main problems affecting our equine friends in an effort to prevent them. We want the survey to truly represent British horses and ponies, and we can only do that with your help.

To register just fill out the webform below and we will send you an email reminder when the survey is live on the 23 May 2016.

“NEHS is the only survey of its type and provides crucial information about the common, endemic diseases all horses face. The results are valuable in helping to establish benchmarks for equine health and priorities for future research, training and education. I’m urging every horse owner to spare a few minutes to complete the survey and do their bit to help safeguard the health of the nation’s horses.” Mary King, international event rider and Olympic champion
