Here are your Paws to Draw winners!
The Paws to Draw winners have been crowned.
At Blue Cross, we give expert care to thousands of homeless pets every year. But with more and more pets coming through our doors, the demand for our services has never been greater.
We received over 1,000 incredible entries for Paws to Draw, all inspired by pets that have been rehomed by Blue Cross. Each masterpiece has helped to raise awareness of pet homelessness across the UK.
While the competition may have closed, your support will allow us to continue helping more vulnerable pets in need.
The Paws to Draw winners were chosen by our judging panel, including England goalkeeper and keen artist David James. You will find seven regional winners and one overall winner – don't forget to look out for their drawing in the national press!

Regional Paws to Draw winners
Midlands (England)
Liliana, age 10, drew Pomegranate the cat who was born with a rare deformity that left her unable to walk. Thanks to physiotherapy at Blue Cross, she has now made a full recovery and is enjoying life in a happy home.
South England
Ka Yu, age 39, drew Tiny, Marble and Pebbles the guinea pigs, who were in our care for over 175 days. The friendly bonded trio have now found a loving new home together.
North England
Debbie, age 43, drew Jan the rabbit. Jan was brought to our Victoria animal hospital by a member of the public who found Jan all alone in a lift inside a residential block of flats. Jan is now happy in her new home with a neutered male friend for company.
Scotland
Dee, age 47, drew Uno the cat, who was critically ill with barely any strength left to breathe when he arrived in the care of Blue Cross. Now, full of personality, Uno is a far cry from the bedraggled kitten that was rescued from a residential garden.
Channel Islands
Kris, age 3, drew Robin the horse, who wouldn’t have survived if he wasn’t brought to Blue Cross after being abandoned by the side of the road as a foal. Robin has now found love with his borrower and has gone from strength to strength.
Wales
Josie, age 23, drew Uno the cat (also drawn by Dee from Scotland), who was critically ill with barely any strength left to breathe when he arrived in the care of Blue Cross. Uno now has a happy home with his owner and her three dogs.
