About me

Meet Dot and Specks, brothers who are the very best of friends.

These two youngsters were found cold and alone in a garden, except for each other. They haven’t had the best of starts and needed some TLC from our team at our veterinary hospital but they are now looking for a home where they can start the rest of their lives. Specks in particular has some additional needs due to a congenital condition that causes him to be a bit wobbly, more so when moving around, and he has very limited vision due to cataracts in both eyes. Specks isn’t letting this hold him back though – he is lively and playful (as is Dots!) and he is not on any medication.

Specks’ condition does make him more vulnerable to hazards outdoors so he and his brother are looking for a home where they can live either as indoor cats, with plenty of space and enrichment to keep them happy and stimulated, or with access to a safe and secure garden or outdoor space. The team rehoming Specks and Dot can give further advice on this to make sure that Specks and Dots will be both happy and safe.

These two are social kittens who enjoy the company of people and would be best suited to a home without a lot of changes in environment, so that Specks can learn his way around easily. Dot and Specks have stolen the hearts of the teams who have cared for them so far, have they stolen yours too?

I'd like to say I have a lot to give to my new owner and that I think I deserve a warm and loving home. Can you help me out? I think Blue Cross would be much appreciative!
