Occasionally we phone our supporters for various reasons; to thank them, let them know about our work and sometimes ask for more help.  We’re really grateful for all the support we receive but we want to reach out to as many pets as possible so sometimes we will ask if you’re able to increase your support or make a one-off donation to a specific cause.

We only telephone our existing supporters and do not call people who have had no previous contact with Blue Cross.

Of course, if you prefer not to receive phone calls from us, we understand.  To change the way we contact you please call our Supporter Care Team on 0300 790 9903 or you can let the person who has called you know and they will update your details.

We work with agencies that provide this service for us because our team simply isn’t big enough.  As representatives of the charity, all our fundraisers go through a rigorous recruitment process as well as ongoing training, development and careful monitoring.
