We called Pawsquad at midnight last night, as we were concerned about a growth on on our dogs paw. Just knowing that there is a service that you can contact day or night and speak to a real vet one to one to discuss your concerns is a lifesaver! Immediate, knowledgeable and personal - this is a service that gives you peace of mind for your pet. Jemma on Trustpilot

Frequently asked questions
How do I receive Blue Cross’s PawSquad discount?
Blue Cross’s PawSquad discount is available for pet owners in receipt of one of the means tested benefits listed above.
If that’s you then simply complete the short form and attach a photo or screen shot of your benefit award letter/email.
Please ensure the image clearly shows your name and states that you receive the relevant benefit. The letter or email that you share with us needs to be dated within the last twelve months.
You’ll then be directed to pay the £12 annual membership fee via PayPal.
Once we receive your details, we aim to get back to you within 24 hours but it may take a little longer if it’s a weekend. If you’ve provided us with everything that we need, we’ll provide you with a unique promotional code by email and instructions on how to register directly with PawSquad.
How much does it cost to register with PawSquad?
For qualifying Blue Cross customers the annual membership fee is £12. That gives you unlimited online vet consultations for up to five of your pets - a saving of over £70 off the full price.
Is PawSquad run by Blue Cross?
Will the vet be able to prescribe medication for my pet?
Vets are usually unable to prescribe prescription medicines without a physical examination. If during your online consultation the vet feels it beneficial for you to visit a veterinary practice they will let you know, as well as provide an indication of how urgent it is. PawSquad also offer a range of non-prescription pet products which will be discussed with you if suitable for your pet’s needs.
