Hello, I'm Alfie
I'm a 7-year-old Jack Russell Terrier Cross from Thirsk rehoming centre and I'm looking for my forever home. Please read my profile below to find out more.
I’ve been reserved
Thanks for clicking on my profile. I have now been matched with a loving family and I’m looking forward to settling in at my new home. However, many of my friends still need adopting.
About me
Meet Alfie, the charming little gentleman with a big personality packed into a Jack Russell frame! This delightful older boy may be a bit more seasoned in years, but don’t let that fool you, Alfie still enjoys a lively zoom around the garden just as much as he loves curling up in a cosy bed for a well earned afternoon snooze. He’s the perfect mix of playful and peaceful, making him a wonderful companion for someone looking for the best of both worlds.
Alfie is house trained and can be left for short periods, taking it all in his stride like the sensible chap he is. He has previously lived happily alongside cats and could potentially share his home with them again. While he hasn’t lived with other dogs, he could make canine friends once he’s had time to settle in. Although he hasn’t shared a home with children, Alfie has coped well with visiting youngsters in the past.
This sweet little man is ready to find a loving home where he can enjoy life at his own pace whether that’s a gentle stroll, a playful burst of energy, or simply snuggling up close. Alfie truly is a golden boy with so much love left to give
