Hello, I'm Butterbean
I'm a 6-year-old Domestic Short Hair from Manchester rehoming, advice and behaviour unit and I'm looking for my forever home. Please read my profile below to find out more.
About me
Butterbean firmly believes the best way to show her love and affection is to press her face against your face. How lovely!
Whether it's to wake you up in the morning, or to start settling down for the evening, Butterbean will be there to offer gentle headbutts and potentially a mouth full of cat hair.
When she first came into our care, little Butterbean was a little unsure of all the changes, but since them she has grown in confidence and feels happy in her new surroundings. Her ideal new family should be patient whilst she finds her feet.
You will know when Butterbean is your friend because you will start to hear the sweet sounds of her little chirps. She's very vocal and will sing you a song in return for love and attention. Butterbean is dreaming of a home where she will be able to go outdoors and play in the sunshine. She would love to watch the bugs and the birds go about their business and admire the clouds rolling by. She wouldn't mind a home with another cat, and she has made friends with dogs before. She could live with children who can understand that new situations can be a little scary and she needs some time to settle before she can be best friends.
Butterbean didn't have access to toys before coming to Blue Cross, but even when given the option, she still doesn't quite know how to play. Maybe her new family will be able to inspire her to find her goofy side.
If you have a home as loving and sweet as Butterbean, please apply!
