Sponsorship FAQs

Sponsorship donations will help ensure homeless pets get all the love, care and attention they need from our dedicated teams while they await their forever homes. This includes being cared for in our rehoming centres, receiving veterinary care as well as any behavioural training they need to ensure they live happy lives in their new homes.

Can I sponsor an individual pet?

As the best place for pets is in a loving home, we try to rehome pets as quickly as possible. By becoming a second chance sponsor you will be helping lots of pets to get all the love, care and attention they need until our dedicated teams can find them loving new homes.

What will I receive as a sponsor?

Sponsors will receive:

• a welcome pack in the post which includes more about the work we do and some of the pets your sponsorship helps, as well as a certificate and a fridge magnet
• seven emails a year including quarterly email newsletters with behind the scenes updates and stories about pets helped through our rehoming services
• our supporter magazine 'For Pets' twice a year

Can I visit your rehoming centres?

We welcome visitors to our centres, but to keep stress to a minimum for the pets and horses, you won’t be able to see them face to face without an appointment from our team. We hope you understand, and we’re very happy to discuss any questions you may have.

Our Burford rehoming centre offers monthly behind the scenes tours where you'll get to learn how we help pets and horses every single day. You'll also see some of the animals currently at the centre.

Can I purchase sponsorship as a gift for someone else? 

Not yet, but we hope to be able to offer this in the future.
