About me
Loki is a fun-loving, affectionate young dog who thrives on spending time with his people and getting involved in everything they do. This sociable boy loves playtime, especially games like tug and fetch, and is always ready for an adventure. He travels well in the car and settles nicely, making him a great companion for days out.
Loki is a typical adolescent with lots of energy and enthusiasm. He’s still learning his manners and can become overexcited, which may lead to jumping up when he’s feeling particularly overstimulated. He has made a great start with his training and will need owners who are committed to continuing this, helping him develop better focus and impulse control as he matures.
On walks, Loki is eager to explore and can pull on the lead, especially when he spots other dogs, as he loves social interaction. He has shown friendly intentions with other dogs and could live with a well-matched, tolerant dog pending successful introductions, although he can struggle to settle during play due to excitement. He isn’t suited to living with cats or small animals. Loki previously lived with a baby and has been very tolerant, but due to his bouncy nature, he would be best suited to a home with children school age and above.
He is looking for an active home with owners who can provide plenty of exercise, enrichment, and ongoing training to help him reach his full potential. In the right home, Loki will make a loving, entertaining, and loyal companion.
