About me
Meet Pixie, who is full of beans and the joys of life and would love to find someone to share that joy with!
Pixie loves her favourite people and making new friends, she can be quite excitable and does jump up so owners who can help her keep her paws on the floor would be great. She walks nicely on lead but can pull towards things that are interested or exciting. When out and about, Pixie doesn’t want much from other dogs and would rather walk straight past them, although this doesn’t mean that she couldn’t build to having calm canine friends in the future!
This lovely lady has recently been in a foster home, and this is her glowing report! ‘Pixie is perfect, she’s housetrained, walks brilliantly on the lead, has made a few dog friends whilst out on our walks, and really loves any children that she meets. At night she’ll take herself off to bed and sleep throughout the night without any fuss, and when we’ve left her for an hour or two Pixie has taken herself to her bed – which is her favourite place – and we’ve returned to a pristine house with nothing out of place!’
She is able to live with children aged 12 years and over who are confident with dogs who like to bounce around on a walk but relax and sleep when they’re at home. Pixie will need to be the only pet in her new home as she isn’t able to live with cats due to her desire to chase and would prefer a dog free home environment so she doesn't have to share the spotlight.
