Hello, I'm Various Guinea Pigs
I'm a Guinea Pig from Burford rehoming centre and I'm looking for my forever home. Please read my profile below to find out more.
About me
We are welcoming enquiries for a large intake of guinea pigs that have come into the centre.
Many of them will be ready for rehoming in a few weeks’ time, as they are currently being treated for lice and we are hoping to line up new homes for them to go off to when they have completed their treatments and are old enough.
We have a mixture of males and females, but the females will not be ready for some time as they are currently either pregnant, recently had babies or are still on pregnancy watch.
Guinea pigs are social so are looking to either be rehomed in groups or pairs and our single males looking for homes with existing females in the home.
We are looking for homes with plenty of space to explore, and exercise.
They will be able to live with children of any age, who can be calm and gentle around them. They will also be able to live in a home with cats and dogs, as long as they are housed securely away from other pets.
If you’re knowledgeable about guinea pigs —or keen to learn—and can meet their needs, we’d love to hear from you and we can look to add you to our waiting list for when they are ready to be rehomed.
