About me

Hello human! My name is Cheeky,

I am fresh off the track from my racing days; I’ve been taking things slowly in my new foster home and have become a playful, happy chappy! The world is a different place to what I’m used to so I would love somebody to continue my new journey, one leggy step at a time. I can be a little shy at first, but after a short while I am true to my name, and can be opportunistic when it comes to food (oops)… is that toast I smell? And I like to move my toys around the house. I am house trained, so do have manners!

I have been spending my time mingling with dogs in my foster home which I find very reassuring; so I’d really love to live with another calm, confident dog. Small furry animals are far too fun to chase so it would be beneficial for cats if I didn’t live with them.

I could live with older, sensible, children that can be calm and quiet with me to build a bond; too many noises and comings and goings may be a little scary.

So if you have a quiet spot in your home, and a garden for me to roam, please do let the Blue Cross Suffolk team know by filling out a home finder for me or give them a call.

Lots of calm sniffs, Cheeky

How rehoming works

  1. Browse our pets, find your favourite

Read the pet’s profile to make sure that they are suitable for your circumstances.

  2. Change the online application form

We want to be fair to everyone who applies for a pet so applications are dealt with in the order that we receive them.

  3. We process your application

Please be patient while we process your application. If you are successful we will contact you to go through next steps.

Thanks for reading my story…

I'd like to say I have a lot to give to my new owner and that I think I deserve a warm and loving home. Can you help me out? I think Blue Cross would be much appreciative!
