About me

Meet Dexter! He is a 7 year old, male border collie cross.

He can be a little worried when he first meets people but after a short introduction he soon warms up. He absolutely loves to play and will often bring you his toys to keep the game going!

Dexter wouldn't mind sharing his new home with older children that can help with his daily doggie duties, although this would be new to him so it would depend on meets at the centre.

He would however prefer to be the only pet in the home.

If you are interested in Dexter, please complete an online home finder form.

How rehoming works

  1. Browse our pets, find your favourite

Read the pet’s profile to make sure that they are suitable for your circumstances.

  2. Complete the online application form

We want to be fair to everyone who applies for a pet so applications are dealt with in the order that we receive them.

  3. We process your application

Please be patient while we process your application. If you are successful we will contact you to go through next steps.

Thanks for reading my story…

I'd like to say I have a lot to give to my new owner and that I think I deserve a warm and loving home. Can you help me out? I think Blue Cross would be much appreciative!
