About me

Hello, My name is Max and I am looking for a new home with a family who can give me all the love and attention that I need.

I am a loving boy and only want to find a family who I can share all of my love with. As you can imagine, as I am a Border Collie I am super intelligent and my favourite thing in the world is to explore and learn lots of cool new things. I would live for my new family to be as keen on teaching me as I am to learn.

I would love to find a new family who likes to go on new adventures and want to take me with them so we can enjoy them together.

I am a bouncy, playful dog who loves nothing more than going on long walks and playing with my toys. My favourite pass time is playing fetch with my ball however I am learning to broaden my horizons and learn some new games and activities. I hear agility is fun and would love to have a go at this.

I would prefer to be the only pet in the home, whilst I work on my training and build my confidence around other dogs however I am happy to meet new doggy friends when I am on my walk.

I am unable to live with children, I do find them a little scary at times so I could potentially live with teenagers depending on how well we can make friends here at the centre.

If you think you have a home for me where I can receive lots of mental stimulation and be your new walking companion then please get in touch. I look forward to hearing from you! Love Max

How rehoming works

  1. Browse our pets, find your favourite

Read the pet’s profile to make sure that they are suitable for your circumstances.

  2. Complete the online application form

We want to be fair to everyone who applies for a pet so applications are dealt with in the order that we receive them.

  3. We process your application

Please be patient while we process your application. If you are successful we will contact you to go through next steps.

Thanks for reading my story…

I'd like to say I have a lot to give to my new owner and that I think I deserve a warm and loving home. Can you help me out? I think Blue Cross would be much appreciative!
